OCSM at the Ministry of Health Malaysia

Yesterday, the Ovarian Cancer Society Malaysia (OCSM) had the honour of meeting YB Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad and his team.

We were grateful for the opportunity to share OCSM’s mission and discuss the importance of strengthening ovarian cancer awareness, improving patient navigation, and building closer collaboration between the Ministry of Health, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy organisations.

At OCSM, we believe that no woman should have to navigate ovarian cancer alone. Through meaningful partnerships, we hope to improve access to information, support, and survivorship programmes for women and families affected by ovarian and other gynaecological cancers across Malaysia.

We sincerely thank YB Menteri Kesihatan and his team for the warm welcome, their time, and the thoughtful discussions. We look forward to working together to create a stronger, more connected support ecosystem for patients nationwide.
